      How it works

      1. Fill in your name, WhatsApp and subject and choose the files.
      2. The files go to your case folder and appear instantly for the team, with a protocol number.
      3. The team checks them and, if anything is missing, lets you know on WhatsApp. With the protocol number you can follow up in the Client Portal (in Portuguese).

      Photo tips

      • No scanner? Use the Scan with the camera button: it crops the page and makes it readable
      • Photograph the whole document, straight on and without glare
      • Check that the text is readable before sending
      • Two-sided documents: send both photos
      • If you have the file in PDF, prefer the PDF

      Security

      Uploads use an encrypted connection, and the documents are protected by attorney-client confidentiality, in accordance with Brazil's data protection law (LGPD). Privacy policy.
