About SPD Advocacia
Founded in Anápolis, Goiás, ten years ago, SPD Advocacia was built on one idea: to offer technical, attentive legal service without requiring clients to come to the office. From the start, clients have been served by WhatsApp and video call, documents have been signed electronically and cases have been followed online. When remote service became the norm, this model was already in place and was featured in the Brazilian national press.
Every case is led by attorney Sidnei Pedro Dias, a master’s candidate in Constitutional Economic Law, with more than ten years of practice, from the first consultation to oral arguments in court, including before Brazil’s high courts. Our commitment has not changed since day one: plain language, prompt replies and a written fee proposal before any engagement. The firm has handled more than 5,000 court and administrative cases handled and carries professional liability insurance.

Cases are led by attorney Sidnei Pedro Dias, who sets the strategy and reviews every filing. The team works alongside him on client service, case administration and office management.
