Common questions
Frequently asked questions
Can a woman who never contributed retire by age?
Not through retirement by age. You need the required contributions. Those who don't have them and are low-income may be entitled to BPC/LOAS from age 65.
Do MEI contributions count?
It counts toward retirement by age. However, those who pay only the MEI fee receive benefits based on the minimum wage.
Can I keep working after retiring?
Yes. Retirement by age does not prevent you from working.
How long does the INSS take to respond?
It depends on the agency's queue. If the legal deadline passes without a response, you can demand a decision.
Do you serve clients outside Anápolis?
Yes. Service is provided at the firm's office in Anápolis, or online for all of Goiás and other states.
How much does it cost?
After the analysis, the firm sends a written fee proposal before any engagement.
