Founded in 2017 in Anápolis, Goiás, SPD Advocacia was built on one idea: to offer technical, attentive legal service without requiring clients to come to the office. From the start, clients have been served by WhatsApp and video call, documents have been signed electronically and cases have been followed online. When remote service became the norm, this model was already in place and was featured in the Brazilian national press.

Every case is led by attorney Sidnei Pedro Dias, a master’s candidate in Constitutional Economic Law at UNIALFA, with more than ten years of practice, from the first consultation to oral arguments in court, including before Brazil’s high courts. Law student. Handles case administration: case registration, court filings and tracking of case activity. More than five years of experience at law firms.
CLIENT SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION
Law student. Handles client service and communication: receives the first contact and keeps each client informed about their case.
FINANCE
Responsible for the firm’s financial management and for out-of-court collections for the condominiums we represent.
