Scammers use the name, photo and logo of law firms to ask clients with ongoing cases for money. The message usually says there is an amount to be received and that, to release it, a "fee", "court costs" or "tax" must be paid by Pix. SPD Advocacia never makes this kind of request. This page lists our official channels and what to do if you receive a suspicious message.
What SPD Advocacia never does
- It never asks for Pix, transfers, deposits or payment slips to "release" money from a case.
- It never charges a "release fee", "court order costs" or "tax" by message to free up money from a lawsuit.
- It never asks for codes received by text message or WhatsApp, bank passwords or photos of cards.
- It never changes phone numbers without notice through the channels below.
Agreed legal fees are charged only through the means set out in the contract signed with the client, in the name of the law firm Sidnei Pedro Dias Sociedade Individual de Advocacia (CNPJ 32.614.440/0001-25).

- A request for payment to an individual or to a company with no connection to the firm.
- A document that looks official but has errors, round amounts or incomplete case details.
